  1. What does party mean to you? (I.e. when you go and get your party on, what does that mean?)

Party doesn’t mean a whole lot to me - never been my sort of thing. For me, a party in college was having half the dorm floor in my room playing Mario Kart or Tetris 64 - or Goldeneye, that had a good run. There was sometimes beer involved, but not insane imbibing. I was too much of a loser to party in high school. And as an adult with two children, now party reminds me of people getting together for at least a semi-nice dinner.

  2. What was the first thing you thought or said when you saw your significant other for the first time?

I thought she was very pretty and that she was obviously intelligent.

  3. Do you talk to yourself? Why?

I talk to myself all the time. I sing to myself, I have conversations with myself, things people find rather weird. I don’t know why I do so, specifically, but I know that it helps me think things through.

  4. What’s been your biggest personal change in the last ten years?

I used to want to get into fights all the time. I had a horrible temper and was not afraid to use it. My freshman year at Anderson, I had to be pulled away from another guy at lunch because he shoved me. I think that’s the biggest change. Maybe that, and my confidence around women - I used to be a complete moron around girls, now I’m just a half-wit.

  5. What are you most looking forward to?

Vicarage being over, fourth year of sem being over, and being able to finally settle down in one place for more than one year at a time.
