The FCC is investigating the Super Bowl stupidity (which I, of course, think was completely sanctioned by CBS/Viacom), and debating whether or not to fine CBS to ridiculous levels because of violation of indecency clauses.
There’s a lot of plausible deniability being thrown around on this one, but I think the NFL needs to do one thing and one thing only:
Never give a Super Bowl to CBS again. I mean, come on, how can you give a Super Bowl to anyone other than ABC? I sure wouldn’t give it to CBS’s craptastic announcing team.
