The Matrix Revolutions is getting slaughtered in reviews. I didn’t expect this much backlash at all.
I figured that, since people were so harsh on Reloaded, they’d be a little more considerate towards the third movie in the trilogy - after all, you can’t hate everything, can you? And I had figured that a lot of the hype had been dashed already (even though I absolutely love Reloaded), and that people would be much more objective this time around.
Looks like either a) the movie really is a steaming pile of crap, or b) people are just plain out to get the Brothers for turning The Matrix into a franchise film. I’ll have to see it and make my own decisions.
