The EBS just went off on our local TV station and decalred a civil emergency in the St. Louis metro area.
There wasn’t any specific message to it, and there wasn’t anyone coming on to explain what it was - I can only hope they’ll explain what was going on at some point in the near future.
This is a touch scary, if you ask me.
